I have the beautiful Storybook Birdhouse. This is not your average birdhouse! We have had the cottage birdhouse for several years.It has sustained wind hail extreme heat and cold in Texas. Each year we have the Texas bluebird come and raise their young and this year we had 2 sets of bluebirds lay their eggs We enjoy watching them from our pergola by the pool A beautiful structure and habitat we continue to love.
The Blue birds love it. We had two nesting's this year. The picture is of one of the babys peeking out. We have had a lot of bluebird houses over many years and this is a great quality pice of funtional Art.

Ventilation that keeps things cool
Birds need a stable, comfortable home, especially during nesting season. That’s why all of our birdhouses include copper-tube ventilation ports for airflow and are stained in light colors to reflect the sun’s heat, helping regulate interior temperature.
No perch? On purpose.
Perches may look cute, but they can attract trouble. Predatory birds, squirrels, and even woodpeckers can use them to access the nest. That’s why we design without them to keep eggs and fledglings safe.
Built from nature, for nature
We never use plastic materials like PVC, which can emit harmful VOCs (volatile organic compounds). Instead, every birdhouse is made from sustainable eastern white pine, a time-tested wood used in barns and outdoor buildings for its strength and stability.
Copper with a story
Each birdhouse features accents made with 96% recycled copper—durable, beautiful, and endlessly reusable. As it ages, the copper naturally develops a green-blue patina, forming a protective layer that enhances both longevity and character.
Placement is everything
Where you hang your birdhouse matters. For the best results, place it in a quiet, shaded spot—at least 6 feet above ground—away from predators and harsh weather. The birds stay safe, and you get to enjoy the view.
